Men In Leadership Coaching

I offer one-on-one coaching for men in leadership positions at their organizations. Reach out to me if you'd like to receive guidance around:

  • Your role as a man or transmasculine person in leadership as it relates to supervising women and femmes

  • Developing your awareness of your own traumas, triggers and acts of projection

  • How your masculinity can help you develop a trauma-informed management approach

  • How to receive feedback with appreciation, gratitude and openness

  • How men and transmasculine folks healing from patriarchy is tied to the goals of feminism

I use a sliding scale to determine hourly fees - my sliding scale for coaching is as follows:

  • $250-500 for organizations with budgets of $250K-500K

  • $600-700 for organizations with budgets of $500K-2mil

  • $800-1000 for organizations with budgets of $2mil-7mil

  • $1100-1400 for organizations with budgets of $7mil-10mil

If you need scholarship support or a payment plan, please say so in the application form and we'll work with you to find a more accessible fee.
